Rates start at 5% and go up from there.  We only finance businesses with rare exception.

Minimum 600 Credit score to apply and 2+ years in business is a preferred.  For those with good to excellent credit most of our loans are offered with 0 down.  Terms vary with many factors including time in business, income, loan to value ratio, etc.  If you submit an application, please respond rapidly to any messages that our financing team asks.  If you fail to respond within a timely manner, we will move on to those who do respond quickly and get us the information required to secure you a prompt approval.
